Why the total is not five quotes added up
Five trades priced separately means paying for access five times, five sets of mobilisation, and five companies each protecting their own margin against the others’ unknowns. Priced together, the scaffold goes up once.
It also means you see one number for the outside of your house instead of five that never quite add up to a decision. That is the whole reason this site prices all of it from one photograph.
