Every figure above is multiplied by how much wall there is, and almost nobody knows theirs. Windows and doors come out of it, and gable ends and side walls add to it.

What is not included
Repairs to the wall behind, insulation boards, and planning. Cladding on the front of a house can need planning permission, particularly in a conservation area, so check with your council before you commit.
What is included in these prices
Materials and labour per square metre, a waste allowance on the materials, scaffolding for the job, and VAT.
Not included: repairs to the wall underneath, insulation boards (external wall insulation is a different job), and moving pipes, cables or satellite dishes beyond the usual.
