New windows and doors in the South East
See new windows on your own house
Upload a photo of the front. We will find the windows on it, size them against your front door and price them, then ask about the back and sides — add a second photo, or just tell us the number.

Window costs in the South East
| House | Windows | Estimated cost fitted, inc VAT |
|---|---|---|
| Mid-terrace | 6 | £5,802 – £10,549 |
| Semi-detached | 8 | £7,770 – £14,128 |
| Detached | 12 | £11,243 – £20,442 |
These are national fitted rates rather than a local quote. Labour varies less around the M25 than most people expect; what varies enormously is which company you ask, which is worth more attention than your postcode.
Installers covering the South East
We are still signing up installers who cover the South East, so we cannot promise you quotes here yet. The visualiser and the estimate work exactly the same — use them to find out what your house could look like and what it should cost, and we will tell you if that changes.
We are not an installer and we do not do the work. We visualise and cost your project, and pass it to installers we work with if — and only if — you ask us to.
Why start with a photograph
A local quote over the phone is a guess with a postcode attached. The thing that actually decides your price is your own elevation: how many windows, how big, how many open, and how much wall there is. A photograph of the front answers all four for the front, in about a minute, without anybody coming to your house — and the back and sides take a second photo or a number.
Facet Pro is in early access. We are starting to check how we measure wall area from a photograph against surveyed properties, so treat wall and roof figures as indicative and window figures as a guide.
Your house isn’t average.
See this project on your own home and get a planning estimate. Every figure above is a typical house. Start with one photograph of the front and we will find your windows, doors, roof and walls, estimate your wall area, and price your own elevation.

These are planning estimates — not a quotation, and not a survey. Windows and doors: what these jobs actually sell for, from 24 years of selling them, checked against current UK prices. Walls, roof and roofline: UK material and labour rates, with scaffolding, waste and VAT. What you pay depends on your own house and, more than anything else, on which company quotes it. Your installer confirms the figure on survey.
